TheRizzo 5.19 ring is an AB original design made right here in NYC. The ring centers a GIA-certified 5.19-carat No Heat Madagascar Octagonal Step Cut Sapphire. Three French cut baguette diamonds are channel-set to each side in a tiered fashion, all combining for 1.14 carats. The ring is currently size6 and can be resized!
